Each Tuesday afternoon in February 2021 - 2nd, 9th, 16th and 23rd 

When we can experience what relaxation feels like in the body we can begin the process of connecting back to it in times of stress. It becomes a resource and your child will start to realise that the calm that they need in times of stress, they can find inside instead of learning to search outside of themselves. It helps build resilience and self awareness.

We will sit together and take our attention inwards, exploring the internal landscape with the intention of releasing tension, creating greater emotional balance, and receiving new insights.
