Facial Reflex Therapy

Facial Reflex Therapy is a holistic  facial massage treatment which has its roots in both modern and ancient techniques and traditions including Chinese meridians and acupressure points.

By stimulating acupressure points and massaging reflex areas on the face we believe it is possible to conduct nerve impulses through the central nervous system to the brain, organs and systems within the body.

This  potentially helps to increases blood circulation, nerve supply to the tissues and activate the lymphatic system.

It is a gentle but deeply relaxing facial massage which also incorporates head and shoulder massage encouraging the body to release tension and rebalance itself.

Foot Reflexology

Reflexology is a non – invasive foot  treatment. Thumb and finger techniques are applied to reflexes in the feet which correspond to areas in the body. Thus helping various symptoms through the reflex point in the feet.

The theory is that reflexology helps the body to heal itself.

Although scientific research has been limited there is some to show it’s benefits in relieving pain in cancer and significant relief of symptom of fatigue in MS patients.
