CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

• We understand that from time to time the unexpected crops up, however we appreciate a 24 hour notice of cancellation of appointments by email or by calling the Centre - otherwise you will be charged for the appointment.

• Rearrangements and cancellations made outside of the 24 hour appointment window, or in the event of non-attendance, the appointment fee will not be refundable.

• For both Neuro-developmental and Auditory programmes, we require a minimum of 14 working days, or the fee will not be refundable.
