Join Arabella and Sian for 90 minutes of restoration themed around the Water element focusing on softness, stillness, inner awareness, and fluidity. Beginning with yin yoga and balancing breath work before moving onto somatic healing meditation and crystal singing bowls, this immersive experience is designed to calm the nervous system, encourage deep rest, and support emotional release.
