Exploring the fluid nature of our Nervous System
The nature of the Nervous System is fluid yet many of us experience it as something more rigid and inflexible. How do we find balance? This is an opportunity to find support through its fluid nature and to better understand our own unique Nervous Systems.

About the event
It is an invitation to explore: to move, to play and to be still.
The nature of the Nervous System is fluid yet many of us experience it as something more rigid and inflexible. This is an opportunity to connect to its fluid nature.
The Nervous System is our recording system, it mediates cycles of receptivity, activity and recuperation, inner and outer, the balancing of the autonomic nervous system.
We will explored sensing — taking in, and expressing — moving out, and disruptions to the sensory-motor loop which often occur in our formative years.
.We will be a small group - a maximum 8 people, exploring and experiencing the fluid nature of the Nervous System through movement and breath.
