The Nervous System is a recording system, recording emotional life experiences. It is also fluid by nature .By working with the fluid nature of the tissues we can help the nervous system release old, rigid patterns and adopt more flexible, adaptable ones.

About the event
It is an invitation to explore: to move, to play and to be still.
The nature of the Nervous System is fluid yet many of us experience it as something more rigid and inflexible. This is an opportunity to explore and connect to its fluid nature.
When we open the lower hindbrain and allow the cells to inform the brain, we can create new, more fluid, and flexible patterns of movement. We can help it to release old rigid patterns and adopt more flexible adaptable ones.
When we start to let go of our stories , we can find a deeper knowing..
.We will be a small group - a maximum 8 people, exploring and experiencing the fluid nature of the Nervous System through movement, breath and touch. No experience necessary , just a curious mind and an open heart. Come as you are.
