Qi Gong and Somatic Lab to support resilient, strong and healthy bones as we age

Through Qi Gong movements we will be using our own body to create dynamic tension in the body to strengthen the bone matrix and mineralisation. This actively stimulates the bone marrow and release of stem cells to rejuvenate the body and energy. This maximises our potential strength and resilience.
