Join me for 90 minutes of Qi Gong Movement, Meditation and Sound Healing at the  Neuro Balance Centre in Castle Cary

• It's a chance to slow down, lie down and take your attention inwards and tend to your exhaustion.
  

• We will take time to connect to the body. This simple act allows space for a resetting of the nervous system giving us an opportunity to digest what is going on in our lives, release tension and find some inner space.
  

PLEASE BRING  A  YOGA MAT,  BLANKET AND A CUSHION/S FOR YOUR HEAD OR KNEES.
