Movement is our first language , before we talk, we move and these unconscious developmental movement patterns that start in utero and continue during the first year of life set us up for not just how we move but also how we relate to ourself and the world around us physically and psychologically. There is a psycho physical relationship within these patterns..
It all starts with safety and finding support.
We will be going back to explore these very early patterns A baby yields into it's caregivers arms, into gravity. Can we yield or do we collapse or hold ourselves tight and find it hard to yield? How do we find that balance?
